Iron-on Patch AMAZING Quality Rhinestone Patch!!
This is an IRON-ON or SEW-ON PATCH NOT DTF OR VINYL!!

Size: 2" x 3" wide Approximately
PRESS INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the patch on the material chenille side up
2. Place cotton fabric over patch (or Teflon *preferred/Parchment Paper).
3. Iron over patch, applying pressure, on high (approx. 150f) for about 30 seconds without steam.
4. Iron inside of garment underneath patch for 30 seconds
*Repeat as necessary
Professional Heat press temp is about 320f degrees, but temperature could vary by machine. Do not apply direct heat to the chenille side of the patch without protective layer (or Teflon *preferred/Parchment Paper). Always press from underneath - garment or bag/item inside out
We are not responsible for melting or overheating.
We recommend testing the patch with several temperatures and methods best for you and your machine.
Every heat press is different.
Make sure adhesive melts (without bleeding out the sides of letter/patch) and the patch is firmly attached, and the edges are secure.
The patches can also be stitched to prevent patches from falling off or use liquid stitch.
Machine wash delicate, INSIDE OUT, always cold water no bleach or fabric softeners
Air dry is the best option - never dry on heat cycle or use fabric softeners

We do our best to ship all items within a 2-5 day period. Some delays may be possible. If this occurs we will reach out to you personally to notify you.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyer pays ALL shipping expenses.
There is a 20 percent restocking fee of any returned items.
*DRINKWARE IS NOT RETURNABLE*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at scratchdecor@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
ALL DRINKWARE, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as opened straws). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
